Breathwork Session: £50

Service Description

In a one-to-one guided breathwork journey, I will first go over what concious connected breathwork is, The Sacred Breath Method, the effect this work has on the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic aspects, technique demonstration, and then an hour long guided journey with a playlist to help you stay with the rhythm and breath throughout. After your breath journey, you can choose to share for further reflection or we can close the session and I will offer guidance for self processing.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours beforehand. Payment must be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment link, or company has the right to cancel appointment.
