Cancellations and Rescheduling

2.1. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your scheduled appointment, we require a minimum of 2 days' notice before your consultation. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a refund, minus a £15 administrative fee. If you are outside this timeframe, we can issue you a 50% refund.

2.2. Rescheduling

You have the flexibility to reschedule your consultation at any time. We value your commitment to your holistic health journey and will do our best to accommodate your new appointment.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and products. If you are under 18, please seek parental or guardian consent before engaging with Feeling Better with Fay.

Pricing and Payment

The prices for our services and products are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time, and we may correct pricing errors that occur inadvertently.

Payment for our services can be made through the payment methods available on our website. Payment is required at time of booking, or within 24 hours of receiving link for payment.

All information and conversations during your consultation are strictly confidential. We will not disclose any of your personal details or the content of your discussions with us, except when required by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
