In these busy, modern times we are exposed to a plethora of toxins, stresses, corporate companies controlling the food narrative, and countless opinions on what is healthy- it can all be terribly confusing (and no wonder why so many of us feel unwell). When I discovered Functional Nutrition, I began to heal my symptoms and felt I finally had control over my health. I learned that true health and wellness requires balance and consistency and covers many aspects of life-not just exercise and eating right. This lead me on my path to Holistic Health Coaching and creating Feeling Better With Fay.
When I took my 200 hour yoga training in India in 2018, part of the training included emotional blockage. This is where I was first introduced to Breathwork and I was amazed by the powerful shifts and transformations I was witnessing in myself and my peers. I have since gone on to complete 400 hours of Breathwork training to now facilitate, bringing a whole other aspect to your wellness journey.

My intention is to simplify your health process with a plan that suits your needs and provide resources so that you can transform your health and improve your quality of life. It doesn't have to be complicated and dogmatic, it can be simple and effective! You can choose to have either a health consultation or breathwork session(s), or if you're feeling you would like a full spectrum health and wellness reset, you can combine both!
