In today’s world, we’re surrounded by toxins—from the products we clean our homes with, to the clothes we wear, the food we eat, and even the thoughts we feed ourselves. It’s no wonder so many of us feel tired, foggy, and disconnected. I created Feeling Better With Fay to help you detox not just your body, but your entire lifestyle—so you can feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned in every way.

My own journey began when I discovered Functional Nutrition and realized that true wellness goes far beyond diet and exercise. Real health is about simplifying, creating balance, and choosing consciously—from what we put on our skin, to how we care for our homes, to the daily practices that help us clear mental clutter.

In 2018, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in India, where I was introduced to emotional release work and Breathwork—a practice that completely transformed how I experience health from the inside out. Since then, I’ve completed over 400 hours of Breathwork training to help others experience that same sense of clarity, release, and renewal.

Most recently, I am a mother to a toddler and I started to become ever conscious of the toxins in our clothing and the health concerns they pose. For years I have been working towards a clean living lifestyle through carefully choosing everyday products, eliminating, and even making some things myself.  It has become a passion and a journey creating a cleaner and safer living environment, and if this is something you are curious about, I would be delighted to help you on your own journey.

Through personalized holistic detox coaching, I guide you in creating a clean-living lifestyle that supports your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Whether you want to detox your home and beauty products, make healthier nutrition choices, or deepen your self-care rituals, I help you build habits that truly last.

    As a Breathwork Facilitator, I will guide you through an hour long breath journey using conscious connected breathwork.  This allows you to transition into your parasympathetic nervous response and enter altered states of consciousness so that you can work through any mental or emotional difficulties to bring peace, balance, and empowerment back into your life.

    Do you want a cleaner lifestyle but don't know where to begin?  Let's go through it together. From eliminating toxic products, suggestions on cleaner alternatives, DIY products, or options to buy my own self made clean and naturalproducts.

    Stress Management

    Stressed out and overwhelmed? Suffering from burnout? Did you know that stress accounts for 90% of illness and disease? There are many tools you can incorporate from diet to nervous system response techniques that can help you manage stress and find balance in your life, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and in control. I will go through potential stressors in your day to day and help you detox your life.
